Perimenopause Symptoms
Many years before you actually enter the Menopause stage of your life, perimenopause will set in. This is the stage in your life when your body slow down on its estrogen production. This stage will last until actual menopause sets in. Normally, this condition lasts for four years, but might last longer (or shorter) from individual to individual. Actually, the length of your perimenopause can be anything from a few months to ten years or so.
What are the symptoms of Perimenopause?
How can you tell if you are experiencing perimenopause? Here are a short list with some of the tell-tale signs, but this is in no way a complete list!
- Irregular menstrual cycle
- Problems sleeping
- Hot flashes
- Mood swings
- Changes in your sex drive
- Tender Breasts
- Decreasing fertility
- Changing cholesterol Levels
